Payment
You can order our products by choosing from the web shop, placing the desired products in the shopping cart, and filling in the data requested through the billing process.
You can place an order without prior registration, or you can choose to register as a customer on our web store.
We will consider the product ordered when you go through the entire ordering process.
Payment of ordered products can be done in the following ways:
- E-banking
- General payment slip
- Payment on delivery: the courier will arrive at your address with the shipment and when delivered, ask you to hand over the amount that the Sender asked to be charged on delivery. Payment can only be made in cash. In case of payment on delivery, the total cost of delivery is 40,00kn.
- Credit card payment: Payment directly online, using the most modern credit card payment service: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Diners. The transaction will be made through the CorvusPay billing system.
In case of payment by credit card, general payment slip and e-banking, payment must be made no later than the time limit indicated in the e-mail confirming that the contract has been concluded.
If you do not receive a notification, please check:
- Whether the message is in the Junk/Spam folder
- is your mailbox full
After the payment has been duly made and visible on the invoice, we will send your shipment within 10 working days.
If you have chosen to pay on delivery, the 10 business days period starts from the day of receipt of the order through the web shop.
Credit card payment security
To enable credit card charges on our web shop, we use CorvusPay – an advanced system for secure online payment card acceptance.
CorvusPay ensures complete confidentiality of your card data from the moment you enter them in the CorvusPay payment form. Payment data is passed encrypted from your web browser to the bank that issued your card. Our store never comes into contact with the full details of your payment card. When paying with cards included in the 3-D Secure program, your bank additionally confirms your identity with a token or password.
CorvusPay considers all information collected to be bank secre with bank secrey and treats it accordingly. The information is used solely for the purposes for which it is intended. Your sensitive data is completely secure, and their privacy is guaranteed by state-of-the-art safeguards. Only data necessary for the performance of work in accordance with the prescribed demanding procedures for online payment are collected.
